Dee Why FC fields teams in all age brackets from our Under 6’s through to our mixed over-35s and W040 ladies’ teams. We are proud to have a highly competitive AL1 team – aiming for Premier League under a solid coaching squad. We also have a growing number of women’s teams – our WAL1s are currently recruiting, and we are delighted to welcome back our two WO40s teams.
The club prides itself on offering opportunities for players of all abilities. We welcome all players whether you are looking to play socially with friends or want to take your football to a higher level as part of our Junior & Youth Development Squad.
Established in 1946, Dee Why FC is proud to be one of the oldest clubs in Sydney and the oldest club in the Manly Warringah Football Association.
Our Club continues to grow, welcoming increased player numbers year on year. We are a family Club with strong links to our local community.
We are driven to provide quality coaching at an early age and encourage mums and dads to get involved in either coaching or managing one of our junior teams.
Our DYFC Development Squad program supports players wanting extra training and skill development led by qualified coaching staff over a 22-week-program.
At the heart of the club is a dedicated group of volunteers working hard behind the scenes to get our players on to the pitch every weekend.
We always welcome new volunteers into the Club. Find out more about volunteering opportunities for 2023.
