A special welcome to our new U6s (born in 2018 or 2019). We always try to make sure our U6s can play with their friends! - email Club registrar Sue Delbridge with any team requests - suema66@gmail.com.
We strongly urge you to register early to avoid disappointment as some age groups may need to be capped and grading (where applicable) begins early February. Players must be registered to grade.
Registrations are based on your age on 1st January each year. E.g., If you turn 7 in 2024 you will play in the Under 7 age group.
To be eligible to play in Under 6's a child must be turning 5 or 6 anytime in 2024.
Early Bird Discount of $20 is automatically included if your register before 04/02/2024
You can still use your 2023 Active Kids Voucher before 28/01/2024 (This only applies to unused Active Kids Vouchers issued after 01/07/2023).

If you are using an Active Kids Voucher you must have your voucher number ready before registering. To apply for your voucher visit the Service NSW site HERE.
Players U10 and above, who did not play with MWFA last season will need to complete an Application to Register Form. Contact Registrar, Sue Delbridge for the form suema66@gmail.com
An International Transfer Certificate (ITC) is required for every player aged 10 years or older, who are playing football in Australia for the first time, is not an Australian citizen, or whose last registration was overseas. This is a FIFA requirement.

3. Players U11 and above must also upload an up-to-date photo when registering on playfootball.com.au.

2. All players U12 and above require an up-to-date passport style photo (Head and shoulders shot - Forward facing - No hat or glasses)
Photos must be uploaded at point of registration on playfootball.com.au
NOTE:
i. Existing players – if your image is over 3-years-old upload a recent one at point of registration on playfootball.com.au
ii. All existing DYFC players moving into U12s must submit a recent passport style photo at point of registration on playfootball.com.au
3. PROOF of AGE: New players to Dee Why FC must provide proof of age - copy of Birth Certificate, Passport or Driver's License.
