A special welcome to our new U6s (born in 2019 or 2020). We always try to make sure our U6s can play with their friends! - email Club registrar Sue Delbridge with any team requests - suema66@gmail.com.
We strongly urge you to register early to avoid disappointment as some age groups may need to be capped and grading (where applicable) begins early February. Players must be registered to grade.
Registrations are based on your age on 1st January each year. E.g., If you turn 7 in 2025 you will play in the Under 7 age group.
To be eligible to play in Under 6's a child must be turning 5 or 6 anytime in 2025.
Early Bird Discount of $30 is automatically included if your register before 31/01/2025
The new Active Kids Vouchers can be used from 15/01/2025 - for more information on the AKV system and eligibility CLICK HERE
If you are using an Active Kids Voucher you must have your voucher number ready before registering.
Players U10 and above, who did not play with MWFA last season will need to complete an Application to Register Form. Contact Registrar, Sue Delbridge for the form suema66@gmail.com
An International Transfer Certificate (ITC) is required for every player aged 10 years or older, who are playing football in Australia for the first time, is not an Australian citizen, or whose last registration was overseas. This is a FIFA requirement.

3. PROOF of AGE: New players to Dee Why FC must provide proof of age - copy of Birth Certificate, Passport or Driver's License.
